Well my brother since you just starting you need some principle so as not to fall into mistakes must people does on the electronics field .

Now if u to start just select 3 products that's are selling on daily basis and with good returns .

Some of this products are generator the medium size 2.2kva and standing fans and selling fans also home theatres and agriculture engine with this products you are guaranteed daily sales and profits.

I bought 32" led then which was just at 35k or thereabouts and but I make sure I have generators , fans home theatres enmasse so when I showcase in the morning in front of my shop people will see it as a big store due to fact that I am.only based on 3 to 4 products and bought them alot.

From that products I bought my first ever car I sell standing and celling fans most.

Later I scale it up to freezers and fridges Led television that's when I have extra capital and some companies like synix , polystar, aucma ,skyrun sell to us on credits even century .

Great insights into your line of business. Thanks for this. You have done better than all those "Subscribe with N15k to Learn How I Made N1m Profit in 6Months" Crew.

You don't get it, I don't plan to settle in Europe and become a citizen. Nigeria is my home. All I am going there to do is just work and save up.
I'll give you suggestion a shot bro, thanks man.

Those who had gone to Europe for the same purpose will just be laughing at this your comment.

Like seriously, how much do you think you can make within that 3yrs before coming home?

For instance, in Poland, it is the company that gives accommodation. Salary range is 18 zlot per hour. That's 4500 zlot working 10 hours for 25 days ( a month ), so do you have an idea of how much that is in 36 months?

That's 162k zlot. Assuming you spent 62k zlot throughout your stay on feeding and sending some money home at intervals to solve their issues, you still have a 100K zlot. You know how much a 100K zlot is? We have goals and ambitions, we have what drives our hustles.

There are certain things one must consider first before venturing into any business... Because if you don't really inquire very well, you may end up remitting all your profits as rent to your landlord...
Tell me the price of land in delta, please. And state the location in delta where you can get land for 700k.

It's more than enough with proper planning and analysis but my advice is, go and learn it from someone who's successful in it to learn the art of the business and through that person, you will be able to have idea on the cost to set up the business and also have idea how to run it successfully...

Don't jump into it with that capital, go for apprenticeship under someone.

I also have the intention to have a boutique with a budget of 2m but I want to take 6months to learn from a friend who started from scratch but now successful in the business...

Jesus I am not familiar with Lagos Terrain .

When I wanted to start my electronics shop .

I spent 460k to 500k cos I built the shop myself from scratch since the landlord do not have the funds .

We now use the amount as 5years payment plan with monthly payment of 5k.

I spent about 80k on shop design which include bill board that lastest fancy plastic billboard used by boutique guys now cost about ,100k for the iron one.

Went to Alaba and registered with electronics companies with my CAC .

I used just ,500k as a capital startup then . And within 2years I bought my first car.

The main thing is make sure u ask from who know road on best places to buy the good cheaply that way u did save a lot of money.

Cheers and wish you success
I have plans to venture into similar business.
Don't know anybody in alaba market, how can I get started bro? Base in KD

@OP why do you want to expend huge monies for an offline setup when you can actually get a better sales process via online(eCommerce)....and make as much as $1k monthly.
With the write tools(Platform, Sales Funnel, Freebies & Customer retainership procedure) you can have 1k persons buy @least a product from you even if it's just one a month and if your profit margin is just a dollar multiply it by 1k customers ....
To get 1k customers is easy with a special sales funnel blue print.
Let me give you an insight...imagine you exposed to a blueprint architecture that helps secure 250 students from 4 Nigerian Tertiary Institutions that's 1k customer base and all they do is buy just one of your wears once a month from your eCommerce platform and you pegged your profit @as low as #500 after delivery(some may even foot the delivery cost) ....do the maths as regards your profit monthly....FYI they will keep increasing as long as you deliver and you keep given the freebies in the Sales Blueprint!
Enough said....if you are interested in acquiring or getting the know how to this special sales process kindly reach out via the facebook ID on my profile's personal text stating your NL moniker with the word CONCEPT!

@SENIORWRITER

Abeg getat! Op do not listen to scammers like this. If you was making so much money with you online cap, you won't be here looking for someone to deceive and get money from . Go and continue your online bull.shi.t and make all the money alone.

It is extremely important to have a physical store if you want to make money from selling clothes especially in a useless country like Nigeria. Most people don't even trust buying sh.it online. OP open your boutique first and then you can begin to advertise and sell on both Instagram and your store. Most serious buyers will always ask you for your store location and will visit. There are so many mad time wasters online who will just waste your time by asking senseless questions even when you post all necessary details.
Please don't listen to con men. Anybody that cannot give you any info here on this thread should phuck off.

You don't know anything yet you're feigning your ignorance on my mention. How many boutiques have stood the test of time say 5-6years in Lagos despite the investment put in? Except you go into branding like David Wej or making clothes like Seyicasual, you'll just be scratching the surface.

Have you ever thought about other investors, who would come to your shop & size up your market & improve on it by opening another larger shop on the same street you have your business thereby send you out of business or reduce your customers ?
Have you ever thought about dowdowntimes, where there would be low sales which could result in not being able to meet up with his rent & salaries?
Have u thought about that?
Have you thought about other factors like loosing his shop to fire outrage or theft (Do you read about the End Sars protest where shop were looted) ? Don't you read? Are you in Nigeria?
Go out there and do your feasibility studies before you pee on my mention.
If you Do your research about Copart, you'll know that your money is safe as long as they confirm your payment. Few months ago, their yard got burnt & alot of people fell victim, someone so close to me got a refund. It took months but he got his money back.
As the exchange fluctuates, so shall your price & market sales fluctuates.
Read & do your research my friend!

You don't need a carlot to import cars, just do your due diligence, have a trusted ally that can inspect it for you in the US & get a competent Clearing Agent do the business for you in Naija.
You won't regret it. Do Toyota Corolla & Camry for starters, you'd be glad.

Shoo! Na by force? You go face your Toyota make the guyman face him boutique na.
