There are 34 people in the garden... The 30 you killed didn't actually specified if you killed 30 people,just you killed 30, which might be anything....and if what I stated initially ,is not the answer then the remaining people is 4,with you inclusive... 2 Likes |

slawormiir:You may be correct me slawomirr but do you know The wording doesn't allow for an answer. The only thing we know for sure about the garden is the person entered it. Assuming the 34 are in the garden, then there are 35 there (you + 34) If I killed 30, that would leave 5. Or 6, if I'm in the garden. Sluacoast:The 30 people killed didn't turn to goats after they died. They're still people even after death. Therefore, there are 34 people in the garden, just that 30 are dead and 4 are still alive. Just to be sure of the numbers: After entering the garden, the statement doesn't say that “I saw” 34 people there. It says there were 34 people after I entered, which means the total number of people was 34 (including me). After “you” killed 30 people, it remained “you” and 3 other people alive, which still makes it 34 people in the garden. Mathematically: “You” + 3 other people alive + 30 dead people = 34 people in the garden. 1 Like |

Sluacoast:There'll still be 34 people including myself. Since you didn't ask precise questions such as 'how many dead people' or ' how many living people/how many people alive' are left in the garden then we still have 34 people regardless of their state of existence whether Living or dead. |

One It's quite simple actually. It's just basic english. Here's how it goes: I ENTER THE GARDEN: observe that garden was mentioned and, it included only me. THERE ARE 34 PEOPLE: This is a phrase. 34 people, where? Obviously not In the garden.
