Good morning Fruitful mothers and hopeful mothers to be.

I pray to God that I will come back here someday to testify and be an encouragement to others.

I have been married since Dec 2020 and I have not been able to concieve, although my husband is not steadily around.
But after our wedding, we had two months to stay together and there was not conception. Again, this time, he has been around since two months and no signs of conception.

Please experienced mothers, I am beginning to get worried and would like to know the first and early steps in tackling infertility issues.

I don't want to wait and think it's God's purpose or will when maybe I could do something on my own part to take care of it.

I am hoping on your kind advice and suggestions.

Thank you

Hello beautiful and fruitful mamas. I have a suggestion and please nobody is paying into my account except for the person we intend to help. That being said, we all know things are not easy now and I want us to support one another financially as we've been doing morally so I'll like us to help those who GENUINELY need money for medications or minor surgery.
I think we should help known monikers that are verifiable.

I know and believe God will answer us soonest than imagined. Incase my suggestion is not accepted, please anyone in need of little amount of money to get drugs should indicate.

For transparency and anonymity sake, there's a trusted nairalander (wese90) who stand as escrow for other nairalanders buying and selling, therefore we can use him.

God bless us all

God bless you for this thoughtful suggestion

Good morning Ma,
First, you have to know your menstrual cycle.
This will help you to pinpoint your fertile period and Ovulation.

Encourage your DH to go for Semen analysis, this helps to know if he is not shooting blank.

Maybe you should try getting another scan done to ascertain the state of cyst. Only then you would conclude if it helped shrink the cyst. Have you done test to check your tubes?

Sure I will do another test to ascertain the state of the cyst. My doctor wrote HSG test with other tests for me for 5 month now. l did all other tests excluding HSG. My hubby is super scared of HSG procedure especially the complications that could result from it . The tests read left ovarian cyst, small uterine fibriods and low LH and FSH . Two doctors from different hospital have said that the fibriods is not the lssue because it is still small but the cyst is the major issue affecting many things like ovulation. They suggested operation of cyst. I told them if am to be operated, they have to remove the cyst and the fibriods now matter how small the fibriods are. I now bought serapeptase, Yimo and xixian cao and Guife bao to work on blocked tubes (if any) and others. I just used serapeptase, yimu and xixian cao for 2 and half weeks now. I strongly believe that i will be healed this time and carry my pregnancy this month by the grace of God. Amen. Thanks.

No, the teas shouldn't be taken while on period. The teas can thin blood, cause heavy flow and even prolong period days. If trying to conceive in a cycle, the teas should be taken after menstruation till the beginning of fertile window. But if not trying, they can be taken throughout the cycle except during period.
Please, can on take serrapeptase during menstration then?

The most shocking one to me and why am afraid of surgery is that one of the doctors said if the cyst has affected the ovary badly, they may have to remove the cystic ovary. The last scan did not show my right ovary. The radiographer searched and searched for it. He said my bladder was not so full.
When i got to my doctor, he said the right ovary may not have been visible because the cystic left ovary may have pushed the right ovary to the back. I silently rebuked that. Oririsi person dey hear

I would suggest you stop taking different different things n prayerfully go to a good hospital with experienced surgeon (s) for that cyst surgery if its a sizeable cyst(s).
When cysts begin to push against organs , then its not one that may easily go with teas n mixtures. And if the cysts /fibroid isn't shrinking with the herbs/mixtures one tries , then more times than not...its increasing in size.
Talking from experience. I removed mine and was able to conceive at last. The cyst (very big one) had been blocking my ovaries and cervix sef not allowing anything to enter or stay.

Hello Sis don't be afraid of surgery, if the Dr advised surgery for the cyst better to have surgery and get rid of the cyst on time, except you are sure other treatment can get rid of it effectively or if you don't trust your Dr. get another opinion Leaving the cyst will make it continue to grow and still taking fertility medication will just make the cyst worse which can eventually affect the ovary just like the Dr said.

Removing the cyst does not mean removing the ovary completely, i had ovarian cystectomy + myomectomy and trust me the cyst was huge, the Dr was able to save the ovarian tissue to give the ovary a chance to work again but at least i am free from the cyst and i got to move on to other treatment. Just find a good Dr that knows his onions that will be concerned and empathic enough to give you the best treatment.

Many things can cause prolonged bleeding. Fibroids and incomplete abortion/miscarriage are 2 of them.

Many things can cause that รณ. Fibroid, endometriosis. Is it only bleeding and no pain? Do you have pain? Have you ever done a scan to rule out fibroid first? My sister i know what it means to bleed
