Pls when did they interview you and when did you do ur biometrics? Biometric was on 23rd August got non straight forward email last week Thursday, next day ukvi verified POF. done paid email, up till now no call, application still at dmc.

Univ have been overwhelmed with application this September hence most closed. If to say around this time last year, almost certain to get one.

They extended his Visa till September 29 I presume

So tight! If at the event that he cannot extend or switch, best bet is to apply in naija for January 2022 intake. Leaves the country before the expiry of his visa and return back in Jan. This will not break his continuous residence in the UK

PS;- he’s already in the UK. He finished his masters February this year, so he’s not eligible for the 2years psw.
We’ve tried couple schools but they said it’s too late.

At the time of making an application alone, 'will they be travelling with you to the UK?' should simply be NO. When dependants are ready, they can then make a separate application. 2 applicants from Part 5 & 6 have been refused because of this simple English

Its a generic UKVI question, same question is asked in the general visitors visa form and a couple of other forms. You are meant to answer as accurate as possible, so if you have children then your answer is YES .

if he says yes(without a note to explain), and his pof isn't showing that it is enough for him and his dependant(s) he will likely get a refusal

Update on Dante Labs - My experience - Family of 5

Day 2 test- Results in just over 24hrs. No result for 1 child as I write
Day 5 test (my spouse only) - Posted 9am yesterday. Been tracking on Royal mail - STILL IN TRANSIT.

My advise is if you need to take test to release (day 5), book a walk -in center.
