They should be changing that turf na. What would those other changes bring when the football game itself is being hindered?
it's the turf that's being changed.

Barcelona Femeni, Atletico Madrid interested in Madrid CFF youth team 60-goal striker

Barcelona Femeni, Atletico Madrid interested in Madrid CFF youth team 60-goal striker Lopez

Allnigeriasoccer.com can exclusively report that Spanish-Nigerian teenager Victoria Lopez is attracting concrete interest from two Primera Iberdrola powerhouses in the summer transfer window.
Barcelona Femení and Atletico Madrid are exploring ways to sign the 2006-born center forward and have opened a line of communication with her camp over a deal.

Madrid CFF, Lopez’s current club, are aware that bigger Spanish teams are sniffing around their prized jewel and moved fast to offer her a fresh three-year contract.

This season, Lopez has been scoring goals with reckless abandon, mustering an unbelievable 60 goals in seventeen matches for Madrid CFF youth team in the league, an average of 3.53 goals per game, two matches to the end of the season.

She is the leading scorer in the division ahead of Real Madrid’s Camacho Carrilo Carla (29 goals, 9 matches),
CD Fútbol Femenino Olympia Las Rozas’ Rodriguez Fernandez (25 goals, 15 matches) and Madrid CFF’s Rodao Alonso Alba (25 goals, 16 games).

Lopez is only fourteen years old but is playing in the highest category of the youth league for female footballers and played with boys until last season, 2019-2020.

FA Women’s Super League clubs are unlikely to be aware of the precocious talent because she has not made her competitive debut for Spain’s youth teams.

At least I have been vindicated... The US NWSL is no.1, the most competitive and balance Women Football League in the World even the bottom rank team will definitely take on and balance the top teams across the European Women's Clubs...

Make NFF invite am to the U-17 team ASAP

She's playing for Spain U17 already...

But she loves Nigeria more, I believe she would opt for the Superfalcons very soon once she comes of age...

Make NFF invite am to the U-17 team ASAP

Just 15years of age, she has always talked about playing for the Superfalcons to honour her late Mother who's a Nigerian..

Can play as an Attacking Midfielder and any other positions upfront, I just hope the Spanish Football Federation doesn't change her mind of playing for the Superfalcons.

Dad reveals Madrid CFF goal machine wants to play for Nigeria despite call-up to Spain U17s

Dad reveals Madrid CFF goal machine wants to play for Nigeria despite call-up to Spain U17s
Jesus Lopez-Serrano Perez, the father of Madrid CFF goal machine Victoria Lopez, has revealed that the highly-rated teenager is open to playing international football for Nigeria despite her recent call-up to a Spain U17 training camp.

Lopez caught the eye of the Spain youth team coaches after scoring a remarkable 60 goals in seventeen matches in the 2020-2021 youth league, 31 goals more than the second highest goalscorer in the division.

The 2006-born center forward qualifies to represent the Flamingoes as she has ties to Nigeria through her mother.

When asked if Victoria is still interested in playing for Nigeria, Perez said "Last week she was summoned to train with Spain U17s, Nigeria is still an option but no one from the Federation has contacted us.

"There might be problems for Nigeria to call her up in the future.

"It would make Vicky very excited if she receives a call-up to play for Nigeria, but it is very likely that in September she will be called up for the Women's U17 EURO qualifiers."

Lopez would become provisionally cap-tied to Spain if she is invited and features in one of their Group A7 qualifying matches against Serbia, Iceland and Northern Ireland.
She has been described as a two-footed striker, good in one-vs-one situations, pacy with excellent dribbling skills.

Ifeoma Onumonu makes US NWSL Team for August
3rd September 2021

The league joint top scorer made the team for the first time alongside her Gotham FC teammate, Caprice Dydasco.

The Nigerian forward scored four goals for Gotham FC in August. Her first goal came on August 2 as her side forced Houston Dash to a 1-1 draw.

She scored a late equaliser on August 15 as Gotham FC played out a 1-1 draw with Racing Louisville before bagging a brace as her side surrendered a two-goal lead to suffer a 3-2 defeat to OL Reign.

Onumonu, 27, has scored seven goals with two assists this season for Gotham FC and seats at the top of the goal scorers chart in the United States of America (USA) National Women’s Super League (NWSL) alongside Sydney Leroux (Orlando Pride), Bethany Balcer (OL Reign), and Ashley Hatch (Washington Spirit).

North Carolina Courage’s goalkeeper, Casey Murphy also made the team of the month.

The back four comprise Carson Pickett (North Carolina Courage), Emily Menges (Portland Thorns), Alice Krieger (Orlando Pride), and Caprice Dydasco (Gotham FC).

The midfield three is made up of Denise O’Sullivan (North Carolina Courage), Jessica Fishlock (OL Reign), and Angela Salem (Portland Thorns) while the front three is led by the player of the month, Megan Rapinoe (OL Reign) alongside Ifeoma Onumonu (Gotham FC), and Nadia Nadim (Racing Louisville).

I don't understand this. Is Faith Ikidi still active? Still, about 25% of the players that were called to the training camp in July are missing, and where is the in form Ify Onumonu?
