I even like as they call there preselected candidate straight up. It's better than making everyone go through stress, time and waste effort writing test and doing screening when they already have people they will choose at the end.

Done with my screening @ police college Lagos. People without invite were not allowed in. In total we were only 28 who got invite for today.
What I noticed was that some names were called when we were taking in from the shortlisted list that were not present. Close to 70 names on the list but only 28 present. Probably some people didnt get mail while their names is on the shortlisted list.
