This psalmz guy has really succeeded in spoiling his reputation. I don't know if it is a Nigerian issue but I notice that the best way to test a Nigerian is to put him in charge of people or money. It can be either in politics, religion, business or administration. Then you will see their true colours.
It's just so unfortunate that it happens this way and it seems to me that's the reason we deserve the leaders we have.

Except Jeff used the phone as a skateboard I don't see how a 2days used new phone can be this rough. Complains about bad battery health, 1k charger in a new phone pack yet the seller still had the audacity to say why didn't he opened it before leaving his shop, well that's a lesson for you Jeff never ever trust any seller no matter how great the online referrals may be.
Customer bought a brand new phone and when there's complains about it he was asked to take a used one instead, ahha where does that happen na
