I've noticed that Japan is quietly building up a formidable side. They have emerging players all over Serie A, Spain, EPL and Bundesliga. A side to watch out for in Qatar.

You should not be surprised

You saw them at the World Cup

Them show Belgium pepper

Nacho is a guy easily satisfied, he seem not self driven neither ambitious enough to break into bigger limelight
He feels Vardy is about finished in Leicester maybe 1 or 2 yrs but he fails to realize that Daka was bought to replace Vardy so Nacho remains a 2nd hand striker who waits until the main striker is injured or Brenda decides to change tactics
I dare say Daka will get more play time in the next 1 or 2 yrs if Nacho stays
Brenda has shown that his most lethal tactic does not include Nacho while Nacho believes all the rubbish Brenda pumps into his head

Dude should seek loan move to where he will fit into the coaches' tactics instead of warming the bench with Brenda cuz age is not on his side
A player does not get better playing from the bench except he's close to retiring.

Look at Tammy ,he moved to Roma ,Tammy is even an English player ,naija players too carry epl for head

If you are not getting play time move away ,Na Memphis DePaul swallow pride leave Man U and join Lyon but see how he is going today and he is at Barca

Lazio ,Sevilla ,Dortmund ,Leipzig and even some bigger teams like inter millan and co ,nacho can be a top player for any of these team

I was imagining something, it may be stupid or no brainier consider the level the country is right now

since JAPAN pull out on hosting the FIFA WORLD CLUB CUP dual to COVID19..
And FIFA secretary SAMOUHA will be in Nigeria this week to flag off the Opening ceremony of AISHA BUHARI Cup,

Why can't we just hijacked the Bidding of hosting the FIFA WORLD CLUB CUP, make we host am for naija here

imagine Chelsea playing against Akwa United
it will help our league

I learnt that SAFA boss will be coming to Nigeria to ask SAMOUHA on what to submit for the hosting right

Osigwe cannot feature for us. It was discussed here not too long ago that he would have to forfeit his Swiss passport in order to obtain a Nigerian one and represent us. This is why he never showed up again after meeting with Rohr during our 2 game series with Algeria and Tunisia (he wasn't even listed on the team roster).

you're mistaking TOBIAS for OSIGWE

I don't think you're correct.

If so, how is Onyinyechi Zogg now playing for Super Falcons? She's Swiss too.

I think he's mixing him up with that Austrian dude from last year's friendly game camp for the Algeria and Tunisia matches.

Osigwe was even around for the Sierra Leone game last year.

2022 AFCON : Odion Ighalo's Presence Is A Desideratum For The Super Eagles
Hattitude

Odion Ighalo is back in the news after netting two excellent goals for his club Al-Shabab Football Club in the Saudi Arabian Premier League encounter against Al-Hazm on Sunday.

The 32-year-old forward scored in the 3rd and 87th minute to give his club their first victory of the season, four games.

Ighalo has now netted six goals for his club this season, and 16 in total since joining from Manchester United last year.

Ighalo is one of the most in-form Nigerian striker at the moment and that is the reason, Super Eagles manager Gernot Rohr want him to come out of international retirement and help the team.

It's been two-and-half since he retired from the national team, but no striker has been able to produce goals consistently, except for Victor Osimhen, but he can't continue to shoulder the burden alone .

With the African Cup of Nations approaching, The Super Eagles needs another good striker, if they are to excel in Cameroon, and I strongly believe Ighalo is a better and safer option than Paul Onuachu or Terem Moffi.

Ighalo has the ability, pedigree, and the experience to deliver at the highest level. What he's doing in Saudi Arabia at the most is incredible, and NFF must stop pretending like the Super Eagles don't need him.

If Sweden can beg a 39-year-old Zlatan Ibrahimović to return to the National team, I don't see why Nigeria Football Federation shouldn't support Gernot Rohr to bring back Ighalo who is six year younger.

Ighalo still a lot to offer the Super Eagles, and the Nigeria Football Federation must do everything within their power to reunite him and Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr.

In conclusion, Ighalo and Gernot Rohr combination has produced goals, victories, World Cup ticket and African Cup of Nations bronze medal for Nigeria and they can still achieve more together.

The Super Eagles have been giving the target to win the AFCON in Cameroon, and Ighalo might just be the man to help Gernot Rohr deliver the title to Nigeria.
