There are sea ports in South South but FG is subjugating them for that of Lagos to strive. If the issue of state collecting VAT scale through, Lagos State will feel the heat. Warri, Onitsha and P.H are all closer to the North, particularly Abuja, Kaduna and the entire NE and parts of NC than Lagos.
