Ewoo. You this Yoruba boy. Apparently I’m a South African, not a Nigerian. My last name is 10x more popular in South Africa than Nigeria.
you're Isoko

AFONJA, GO AND SIT DOWN SOMEWHERE AND SHUT UP. DISPROVE ANYTHING THAT I WROTE. THAT'S HOW REASONABLE PEOPLE DO.
What is there to disprove? Why drag ndigbo into a matter that doesn't concerned her? I'm not afonja, I'm 100% Igbo, from okigwe lga in imo state.Igbos are not at war with Yoruba's,as your replies suggest.. With what is happening in Nigeria at the moment, don't you think the Yorubas might be our best friend? Yoruba's have never attacked, killed igbos the way hausa/fulanis are known for!pls nwanne, don't allow wrong perception to becloud your reasoning.

Yes, I’m Isoko. My last name is very uncommon. I don’t want to say on a public forum. I’ve never seen anyone else apart from my family bear my last name. The ones you see in Nigeria, UK and US I think is just my family. That is why it freaked me out to see so many bearing my last name in South Africa and DR Congo. My great great all came from Nigeria.

Lol.i'm 100% igbo.i'm not afonja..but we need to be cautious the way we engage our southern brothers in the public.

mine is also uncommon
it's only two families I've seen with it
all from Abeokuta

have you heard of the Bantu expansion?
most south Africans were migratory
maybe some of your people were part of them

the similarities between yoruba,Edo,Igbo and Japanese and Korean are spectacular

Google this

a lot of Yoruba names are the same with Japanese names
the world is smaller than we think

Yes, I know about the Bantu Expansion. Makes sense. I will watch the vid later. The Ancient Japanese were black people. You can still find some remnant left. I think they are known as the Aina tribe. Spelling might be wrong.

AFONJA LIAR, I AM HERE TO CORRECT AND PUT YOUR LIES TO BED. MURTALA MOHAMMED AIRPORT WAS BUILT WITH BIAFRA'S OIL MONEY IN THE MID 70'S.
I'm not afonja.i am igbo.u are engaging the wrong person in a fight! your replies shouldn't have included indigbo in the discussion.

You talked about Alaye in Lagos, what about the Alaye/touts in onitsha upper iweka? JUST COME TO ONITSHA & SEE THE MEANING OF ALAYE/TOUT.

There are sea ports in South South but FG is subjugating them for that of Lagos to strive. If the issue of state collecting VAT scale through, Lagos State will feel the heat. It is a fish hook for them. It will lead to total revamping of the ports in Rivers, Akwa Ibom and Delta and even oil companies being directed to take their headquarters to the Niger Delta region. True federalism will kill Lagos State to an extent but Lagos is not seeing it from that angle.

By the way, I'm from Delta, Nigeria. We have the third best IGR, and most times, highest FAAC allocation
keep complaining, Lekki deep seaport is almost ready.

THAT'S A BIG LIE THERE. LAGOS WAS BUILT WITH BIAFRA'S OIL MONEY. STOP ARGUING BLINDLY. ALL THE BRIDGES AND AIRPORTS IN LAGOS WERE BUILT WITH BIAFRA'S OIL MONEY.
IPOB animal. There's no single day you clowns won't rush to drag Ndigbo into a thread started by others. This is what you get when illiterates and unemployed miscreants become spokesman of an ethnic group.

I was telling you where the fct was located in Lagos state .
Lagos (fct) is different from Lagos state. Is that too difficult to comprehend ??

Dude started talking about military installations. Is there any state without military installation

I'm sure you're a Dipolar patient. What has state and capital has to do with infrastructures Nigerian state installed in Lagos?, tell me three states with the concentration of infrastructures built like Lagos, you come here and down play the huge Federal investment in Lagos, you must be joking.

Why isn't Ogun state as viable as Lagos?

what I meant by central is not by geography

I meant that it has more roads and railways for transportation to all of Nigeria

remove emotions

Am not being beclouded by emotions, am talking with facts.

Theres a road linking the north from Calabar that has been dully and well constructed. The last time, the governor of cross River was begging FG to make use of the calabar port optimally as it since the road has been constructed, and its closer to the north, saves more time and cost.

Please go and check.

Ainu

and please don't call ethnic groups "tribes"

it's very demeaning and insultive

"tribes are a couple of 5 to 6 chimpanzees and the Bible stuff

use "ethnic groups or "ethnicity of just barely "group

How is Lagos more central abeg, central to where exactly?

Warri, Onitsha and P.H are all closer to the North, particularly Abuja, Kaduna and the entire NE and parts of NC than Lagos.
