For context, it's a Soundpeats Sonic I ordered since March and it was sent through Nipost. I have not received it yet. I opened and lost a dispute on the item. I had given up but just decided to check the item today.

Track 24 say, "There was a problem delivering your package, contact sender".

Postal Ninja reads the same thing as Global Cainiao, as in the screenshot I posted earlier.

I already contacted Soundpeats and Aliexpress after the buying protection period finished, they both claim the package was with Nipost. Nipost said they didn't have it on their system. I opened a dispute to have it closed and my account permanently disabled.

Super shady entity, that's what Nipost is. They said, on 5th of May, that the parcel was in transit to Nigeria. Then they said they didn't have it in their system on the 2nd of August.

I guess Aliexpress disabled my account because they thought I received the parcel and still filed a dispute for refund. It was my first order on that account.

They said Nipost should give me proof that they don't have it, Nipost said there's no such thing.

They all just wasted my money, effort and time.

I'm glad Speedaf is here, honestly.

yes, nipost very shady and untrusted set of humans in that place, after seeing much ordeal of others i always get scared anytime my item arrive naija because those people very careless and nonchalant, am also glad speedaf is here with so much transparency, at least with speedaf you can even see who scan the item, who took it out for delivery.

NIPOST are amateurs. Just this morning their system showed my RB package: 14 Sep Arrived destination country/Recieved at delivery office. The same thing showed on Track24 etc.
Checking NIPOST now they have backtracked it to 30 Aug Edi-Recieved ... meanwhile all other trackers still show 14 Sep Recieved at delivery office/Failed delivery. Also, I've been having a back and forth with them over a similar item with Failed delivery 04 Sep

These are expensive electronic parts but useless to the casual NIPOST thief so the delays/thefts is deliberate and clear sabotage.

I’m just tired of this shipping business in Nigeria, even Speedaf are acting weird these days. The best way to go is using FedEx if you want to order an expensive item and don’t want story that touch.

I tried to track my order that starts with NGXXX on track24. And the message I'm getting is tracking number is not valid.
