Good day guys,
This is a new mind of online scam I just experienced.
It will be multiple post with evidences so that we can save people that maybe gullible or greedy.
Remember it most at times requires a certain level of greed before you can be scammed.

So let me start from the beginning.
Re: A New Type Of Online Scam I Just Experienced by olaeffect(m): 8:55am On Sep 15, 2021
A lady by name Amelia Ferdinand (fake profile looking real) followed me on Instagram and I followed back.
She DM and started simple friendly chats that was un-harmful, nothing fishy or out of the ordinary.

But few chats down the line she asked if I was using an iPhone or an apple computer so that we can do a video chat on iChat.
Told her I did not have an apple computer or an iPhone because I was not just into the Apple hype thing.

Boom from no where, without me requesting and even my insistence that I was not interested she has bought iPhone, and apple computer (laptop) and packaged £800.00 and got to the airport to send it to Nigeria same day.
Haba!!! No be JuJu bi dat grin grin grin
I seriously knew something was up so I decided to play along.

All this yahoo yahoo, you won't go and and find something legit online to do.

Crypto is here and big, anybody can tape from the ecosystem and earned, but most people will not learned, they prefer all this scamming method, the can't make them a millionaire.

The thing is this thing has become a scourge, that has eaten deep into the fabrics of this country. And the FG seems not be doing enough or lack the Will power to tackle this menace. These are mobile numbers that are registered in the country, they can easily block those numbers or better still use it to trake the fraudster and set an example with them. By the time we start sentencing fraudsters to 10 -20 years in prison, other upcoming ones will think twice.

Please,Does anyone know why most of this scammers prefer chatting on WhatsApp?
Of recent, most scammers would say "let's chat on Whatsapp".
Someone chatted me on FB claiming to be one of my old school classmates.
His Profile Pix were more of inspiration quotes but he called Alot of my secondary school classmates by names,He even called the full names of my best friends then.He called his own name but I couldn't recall so he asked that we go on WhatsApp so we can chat better. That was where he told me we were preparing for an old school reunion that December. That almost everyone has paid(25K) for the reunion remaining me. Luckily for me I still had the contact of my then best friend and some others.I called and found out the person was a scammer. I asked him to video chat since then the guy don isolate.
But a week later I was trying to make online payments with my card via quickteller only to be receiving debit alerts worth 59,900.
That's why I'm asking if dem dey use through WhatsApp hack person account. From my bank account. From my debit alerts He was using the money for POS Shopping somewhere in Lagos.I had to block my debit card and got a new one.
The money was not removed all at once but in batches...I would get 18K,5K,4K,15K debit like that until I blocked the account. It happened late night though.
