Afang soup doesn't have liquid in it. It's usually pastey and soft. The only visible liquid should be your Palm oil for those who like to eat plenty of oil.

To get the pasty type of afang, use dry waterleaf. Then pound or grind the afang. No matter the amount of liquid from your meat stock, the pounded afang will absorb it.
