You can only get refund for ONE domain or 10% of the domains you registered in a calendar month. Deleting more than this amount will lead to the permanent loss of both domain and money paid for it - found out the hard way.

It is important to take note of this because you get a refund by deleting the domain in focus, according to their website. The above condition is also stated there, but some people (like me) might somehow not understand it at once.

I am not using a tracker currently, but one thing I have noticed is most of my mails comes back as invalid email address or address not found which I think it's the result of the scrapped mails I got.
