Ok , I'll explain , the more deserted a region is , the more money a nation is forced to spend on the insecurity . This embezzlement is embedded in projects orchestrated the same set of people funding the insurgent . They are politicians , very close to the people and even much closer to the govt. While they are funding the terrorist on one hand , they are liaising with the govt to help solve the problem all IN OTHER TO GENERATE MONEY TO BOOST THEIR EVIL DESIRE FOR WEALTH ACCUMULATION .
