Nigerian Universities of Technology like FUTO, FUTA and FUTMINNA are already offering some of these courses (Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity) as first degree courses. Some others there like Internet of Things and e-waste are too narrow to be taken strictly as 4-year degree courses, they are just subsets of Computer Science/IT. Even the best Universities in the world in IT ala Harvard, Stanford, Oxford and MIT don't offer the likes of IoT, e-waste and Cloud Computing as degree courses.
