You need to involve structural engineering from the design stage. Quality materials is also key as well.

The only other option is to have 2 - 3 different suppliers for same item. But there's nothing like keeping inventory in suppy chain management!!!

What JIT does is to reduce Inventory Holding cost. It cannot be totally reduced to Nil in the practical sense.

Except you control your entire supply chain which is near impossible.

This way when they break the cement block they will still have to face the challenge of iron sheet that has been welded and plastered to the wall.

This is something I will be doing, even thought it will be costly, breaking( making a hole) into a fence/wall to gain entry into a house is very easy and I believe Doors/burglaries are mainly formalities since there are alternatives for people who mean business.

The fence we built is 3 coaches higher than most standard fences and we will be filling the fence block holes with iron rods that �� let’s see how ypu wil break block and also cut through the iron rods.

Note: Doing this is expensive

I don't sell inverter and we don't install also. The brand the man bought is XANTREX made in USA.

At times the installer normally requested for a very good earthing system with value less than 1-ohm. Ours is to make provision for their connection with proper labelling and provide a solid earthing system for them.

Also proper protection of the equipment is important. Protect the inverter equipment with AVR and surge protection

A system needs to be robust...one of requirements we have is suppliers must have two machines of each for Odette and EdI goods production so as if one breaks down you have the other...offcourse this is what you pay for

Instead of iron rods, why not fill the holes with concretes or which is better?
