TBH, they have refused to sack him because the guy is more like a shield right now. They are using him to shield themselves from stupid glazers out chants that keep coming up every year. Any small thing, Glazers out. They wanna win trophies, that's why they have sacked 3 managers since 2013, and invested heavily in the club.
