To withdraw or defer actually depends on you.. If you are still interested in the School and Course, then I will advise you defer.. If its the other way, then you can withdraw, it all depends on you...

Sometimes, they ask for updated Bank Statement in cases like this.

Please guys, Goodmorning. I am here asking on behalf of a friend. He was rejected this morning based on the fact that he didn't disclose his previous visa refusal to USA. However, he wasn't issued any procedural fairness letter or anything. Just this letter of refusal. I want to know how best to tackle this and reapply immediately. I would be grateful for your help. Depends on the documents. Some documents will add extra processing times to your application since they will have to check the genuineness of the document
