Rearing of cows by humans is an old practice and it is obtainable in several countries in very many ways and means. Open grazing of landed area was banned in Europe since the 11th century and therefore everybody rearing cows do so by some arrangements that ensures the cows don't enter other people land area. I am very sure several African countries don't allow open grazing as well.

Nigeria should not be different.

If you want improved yield on your cow meat and milk browse the web and check what other people of the world are doing to get it. Improved yield should not be rocket science for Fulani people.
