I believe this is for names above $3k price. Names I've got below that price doesn't have the "lease to own" option. You can confirm with some of your domains above that price.

you're right that its a setting..

I went to seller preferences and turned on enable flexible financing on my domains.. then the option the amount of months will become available anytime you click on seller preferences again.

@ Boss APus, how is business sir? I like to ask the house in general, how va SH acceptance rate? Cos some names I dropped since never smell review..

Acceptance rate on SH is no longer business as usual and might remain this way for some time especially for unregistered names. I believe this is to strike balance between earnings and spending plus having to deal with hundreds(if not thousand s) of names from creatives daily. It is no surprise that registered names receive the utmost attention. Some registered names even get approved in just few hours.
I also have some unregistered names pending acceptance for almost 2 weeks now. Generally I've observed SH treats/approves unregistered names mostly between Tuesdays and Thursdays.

If seller registered, did you set it up for expert review or for Squadhelp internal review?
