In view of recent trends, I suggest all police stations and security agents offices should set up check points(barricades) away from their offices(army style) to monitor incoming vehicles to prevent future occurrences.

Your analysis is through a bigotic prism. The main reason why IPOB was proscribed as terrorist was because they are profiling other tribes mainly northerners openly on the street killing in the daylight expecting reprisal in the north so that Nigeria can be made ungovernable for Buhari.
