Vice president Yomi Osinbajo is someone who has all it takes to become president and take this country to greater heights. Apart from being a professor in the field of Law, he is also an Economist who knows how the mechanics of governance works. He delivers intellectual talks in business and political forums and offer advice that is economically, politically and socially workable and acceptable in our contemporary sociopolitical space.

Then I wonder, why Nigerians especially the Youths who are supposed to garner support for this man refused to do so, instead we look up to the same recycled old and sick men who live by the grace of good and functional health system abroad to come and lead us.

We criticise just because we are not the ones there. We curse, hate and chastise politicians not because we are good either but because we are not directly benefiting from the rot in the system. Those drumming support for a particular leader in the south west today do so not because he is the best brain but because they will be beneficiary of the rotten system.

I am not from the South West neither do I have any connection with any of these politicians. All I want is a functional system. A system that will functions with good roads, health system, employment, small and medium enterprises (SME), robust economy with a strong Naira and most importantly someone who will unify this country.

Osinbajo have toured virtually all the states of this country, even states governed by the opposition parties, commissioning projects and building bridges. He will be a unifying factor that Nigeria needs at this critical stage for it's survival and not some ethnic jingoistic politicians parading themselves as leaders who wants to preside over this complex entity called Nigeria.

It is time for the Youths to rise and take back what rightly belongs to them and build a country we all can be proud of.

He is a economist genius as you said and yet our economy is in a state of comatose under Mr Osibanjo's watch? Besides osibanjo won't win a presidential election for APC. He doesn't have what it takes to do that. He is just popular amongst very few people that have little influence politically.

Your country is currently facing an existential threat and you are busy talking about 2023 presidency. We too mumu for this country. Sane minds should be asking that Buhari be impeached to salvage this shithole.

No be person wey dey alive reach 2023 go dey talk about election? Please this is the time to take governance seriously and save this capsizing ship. This administration has mismanaged the country Jonathan handed over to them.

Nigerians are not ready for good leader. To me is better the Country divide because we are too tribalism and sentimental, They said is injustice for North to become next Nigeria President come 2023, that is the turn of South but is not injustice in the Southern Nigeria if South west become the next President in place of South East who have not produce any president from Southern Nigeria.

They said Atiku is Corrupt that he is the major reason why Obasanjo regime never make a meaningful progress but the same people will tell you that Osinbajo will be the best President if he is elected, that V.P have no such power to turn thing around since he is not a president. They forget that this regime is the worstest that Nigeria has ever witness.

According to what I heard from my parent during Buhari/Idiagbon regime . Many Nigeria refers it as Idiagbon regime because he was seen as the man behind any progress made during that time. I'm not against anybody become a president of Nigeria but let us the masses shun tribalism, Pastor thing, Religions but vote base on fairness and equity if we still want a united Nigeria. Instead of bringing continuity of our present condition.

If you want a credible election, then reform the electoral process. Right now, no matter what you do, your vote won't count because, even before the start of election, a winner is already decided.
And if per chance an unintended person wins, the victory will be blatantly robbed from him.

If Osinbajo wants to be president, he should declare it and be ready to dole out some of his loot to the electorate, then the push will start.

This is 2021. Why should anyone even be talking about 2023 election at this point when we are supposed to be flaying the current government for failing on its promises.

Useful idiots you guys have started.

In 2015 you guys literally said with Buhari manning security and Osibanjo taking charge of the economy that APC would present a better outcome.

Osibanjo and Buhari has failed Nigerians woefully. Osibanjo is part and parcel of this present administration and you people want to absolve him of his part in ruining this country.

Was it not Osibanjo that was personally sharing 10k bribe to market women in the run up to 2019 election?

This same short demon that did nothing while the economy is being raped right left front and center. The same man who stood aside while this administration get away with all sort of illegality.

Na thunder go fire any body wey open him or her mouth to either campaign for him or absolve him of his role in this government.

Just imagine Pence trying to dissociate himself from Trump's presidency. Let him go and camping and let us tell him what he did wrong. Joe Biden built his campaign on the back of the performance of Obama presidency.

What is Osibanjo going campaign with?

I like your point of view. That said, I still maintain that nobody should be talking about 2023 now. Nigeria is sinking and those elected to run it to salvage the capsizing ship.
