Whenever the capitalist west incite your people against you just to undermine and collapse your regime and you took drastic measure to curb such so that it won't repeat itself next time can you be termed a dictator? I don't think so.

Fidel Castro and Hugo Chavez were dictators according to the capitalist west who sponsored coups against them and they would have been replaced with brutal dictators if they were successful. Castro escaped over 600 assasination attempt orchestrated by America.

Hugo Chavez was removed in a coup because of his Bolivarian Revolution / Bolivarianism . Though he was restored within 24hrs by his loved ones in the military. U.S was in that coup. Let us not create the list of dictators using the lens of these evil western countries cause they have removed democratically elected leaders at some point and replaced them with dictators.
