So I heard a Business man and hotel owner at a popular spot has agreed to fix the road for the people since his own hotel is at that spot where the road is worse. He reached out to Obiano's govt and they asked him to pay 15m and an extra 3million for the youth which he agreed to pay.

Surprisingly Obiano govt and the thieves surrounding him asked him to sign that once the road is completed, he will mount the signpost which will read "willie is working"...���.
Business man refused and that was how a project that could benefit many people ended because Governor wants to take credit for a project he didn't do.
