I blame the lagos state government for not demolishing that building right after it was sealed off. They had the duty to protect lives and failed at doing that. Unfortunately this is Nigeria where anything goes.

Imagine approving 15floors, this stupid demon with his powers extend it to 21 floors just cause of financial warchest and corrupt officials.
Why didnt he cut corners in South africa and England?
I pray he survive this so he will see his entire project crumble.
