Please I need help. I am 35yrs pregnant women. I had Cs 2017, vagina birth 2019.
For this my pregnancy, I don't really know the date of my last menstrual period but I know it is 2nd week of February 2021.
My first scan at 14weeks gave EDD as 15th November, then the 2nd scan at 27weeks gave 17th November as EDD, my last scan on Monday 22nd of November showed my EDD as 10th December 2021 saying I am 37weeks.

Now my question is, which of this scan is more accurate, have I really pass my EDD, should I wait a little bit? Can I have a normal vagina birth or CS?

Note: I have been having contractions but not very serious. Last night after going to urinate, I saw a carterrh discharge with little stain of blood. Then again this afternoon after urinating I saw the discharge again in much larger quantity.

I am have serious pain in my right shoulder. After taken my second COVID-19 vaccine, on the 21st of October 2021. I took my second COVID-19 vaccine. A week late my right shoulder as been paining me seriously. I don't know if anyone is pass through this same issue I can sleep at night the hand will the drowning me all through the night. And pain me inside my bone in the right shoulder back. The pain is serious. Please is their anyone passing through this same pain and what did you do to stop the pain. I have been taken drugs but the pain is still their. Panadol extra, and ibuprofen. The pain is not going. Please I need help. Thanks

Please I have occasionally body itching,my scrotum inclusive.I have done the following medical tests:HIV, Hepatitis B and C,VDRL,Urine MCS,FBC and LFT +Proteins and Electrolyte U and E Creatinine and came out clean.Loratidine helps to calm the itching for a long time before it surfaces again.I don't have painful urination or rashes at my penis.Though I have on and off pimples like rashes on my fore head.What again can I do?

you told you you had staph in the first place ??

When the result showed heavy growth of e coli and candida , did they carry out a sensitivity test

do u have chest pain or difficulty in breathing ??

And btw sir, how do u know its ur right lung that produces the phlegm

well sir, theres no terminal cure for ulcer ...atleast none that ive seen

If u take ur medications regularly and adhere to the DONTs ,ur chances of having an attack will reduce

The color of phlegm is always white.sometimes milky and dark rumble if the hacking is deep.

Yes ,am having difficulty in breathing and It maybe too much of phlegm on my lungs.

I did not notice any chest pain unless is the pain on my Right ribs and my ribs seems it will brake whenever I tried to excise that part and is like articulating to each other

Is my right lungs because the difficult in breathing and pressure is coming that side.

Good morning Drs in the house. Thanks for the good work here. Yesterday early morning I noticed that my urine has foam in it. It was very foamy and quite unusual that throughout the day I kept checking my wee. Subsequently,the foam is not much and not that noticeable but because I m now paying all attention,I noticed there's a small foaming any time I wee ever since. My hubby is suffering an eye issue which he suspects to be Computer Vision Syndrome. He has visited hospitals even a teaching hospital and he was given a glass n eye drop but it seems not to go away.
Symptoms are
Blur vision
Water sometimes comes out of d eye
He has a feeling as if something is in d eye

Doc, My brother and I are having skin itches, hives, anytime something touch my body it will turn to hives, sometimes I'll be feeling burning sensation in some part of the body which will later result in that place turning to hives. I also notice pain in the palm of my hand anytime I do any work either light or heavy it will turn red, I do feel a wet sensation in my pennis too and little itches and unable to pass out faeces well too. Have been given different antibiotics like ciprofloxacin, acipro,levofloxacin, loratidine,koyedox. When using this medication the symptoms seems to go but when d drugs finish it comes back am forgetting frustrated now doc.Attached below is the picture of my hand and pennis. Pls what can I do
