PSG are a very disjointed team, if he wins the UCL with that PSG team then I'd give him serious props...Forget Neymar, Mbappe and Messi, for all their talent, they don't even try to assist in defending and it hampers the team. The one match that caught my attention was a game against City where they beat City 2 vs 0...After that game, I started believing in Poch as I had never seen a team press City into submission but it was more a one off, they resorted to other methods in subsequent games...

I want a manager that will have us pressing like City, Liverpool and Bayern and have us keep the ball well like Ajax, City and Barcelona...

Poch will easily make the top 4 but what happens afterwards? Will he deliver the trophies? That's the big question...

He has good plans and clear vision for the Club. It may take time to fully get it right but there is light at end of Tunnel. He's ruthless and definitely type of players that suits his tactical plans.

So far, his Signings are top notch. He's not after big Names, but real Talents. With time, he's gonna bring back Arsenal to the Top.

I watch Ajax in the UCL and I see a team that is well coached, their positional awareness is top notch, they press as a unit...One thing I know is that a team's that presses as a unit attacks and defends as one stands a good chance of ending the season with a trophy...

Another plus for Erik ten Hag is the fact that he has lost a lot of good players and still managed to build a formidable team, that's the mark of a top coach...

On the flip side, I am not sure if he'll be able to deal with the egos we parade but the pros outdo the cons...
