These are criminals terrorizing Awarra/Assa area in Ohaji/Egbema LGA Imo state. They have no links with IPOB or ESN. This is in fact an old news. The one in black is Emperor, a dreaded militant in the area responsible for deaths of not a few people in very barbarous circumstances.
