How can the Supreme court of a country give a judgement and dismiss the appeal only to come back say the dismissal was made in error and then counter its own judgement.

The judiciary has been compromised. In fact, the highest level of corruption is in the Judiciary.

I remember when I went to Ikeja high court for the processing of a letter of administration with my lawyer.

In fact, I saw corruption at the highest level as you have to sort those working there for them to even attend to you which is their job.

Mehn, the country is gone!

Up till now, the letter have not come out because these people are only moved to their job when you give them money.

Meanwhile, THIS is the training I wish I had watched back when I first started blogging >>> CLICK MY SIGNATURE>>>

This training is for you if you...
>>Want to start a MONEY MAKING BLOG
>> DON'T want to waste TIME or MONEY
>>Want a SIMPLE SYSTEM that actually WORKS!

the judge has already tell you the reason for their decisions, what else do you want. So it is only when the judgement favour Igbo man before you consider it Fair judgement abi? You guys are something else.

So the Supreme Court can set aside her own rulings?

Then Innonson can equally approach the Supreme Court again to set aside this new ruling and the cycle continues.

How come the AGF and IGP haven't helped judgement creditor on this case to effect the previous Supreme Court ruling.

Everyone is watching
if innoson try that, he will be made to pay a heavy fine. Go and read the reason for there decision.

Innoson is Igbo, Buhari Supreme Court will never rule in his favour.
Forget about Igbo issue in the matter, Chief Chukwuma Ifediuso na Nnewi has been a bad meat in Gtbank stew, being one of our own chamber of commerce, we have advised him to let this issue lie low, let him be cheated if there are any, but his lawyers are milking him dry., He doesn't have a power base.

Also tell the supreme court to reverse its judgement on Bayelsa guber

The judgement on Bayelsa was valid and without error because the deputy candidate had a history of forged identity and APC knew this and went ahead to field him. They gave the supreme court the lacuna to use against them.

Ask a lawyer to help you out. The major case is till on. The judgment means that the apex bank will now judge the case instead of dismissing it.

Meanwhile, I know, just like me gtb no know you. Better me that has an active corporate and savings account there.

Then why did they dismiss hearing the case in the first place only to turn back on it?
I won't be surprised if this case turns on its head. Its Nigeria & anything goes. undecided

Before the usual suspects start spinning conspiracy theories, the court is just about hearing the case after it earlier dismissed it due to an error from the court registry. The case will just about to be heard so judgement hasn't been given against innoson

Have been reading with amazement how the same people that want a better nation, fight themselves ignorantly. Ethnicity everywhere, even some blaming buhari, like executive and judiciary arms of government in Nigeria are the same thing. I weak to say the least.

Thanks for clarifying for those that failed to read, or couldn’t comprehend the details of the post.

THE CASE HASN’T BEEN HEARD.
In clear terms, GTB just got the right to appeal.
This OP God will forgive you too.

Typical brainless talk. You don't even care about the rot in the judicial system, all u care is my brother and your brother. A whole Supreme Court. This is the same foolishness that has kept this country where it is today. A leader is myopic yet a set of people keep cheering him on because he's "Their brother".

Now if this same rotten court can go back to reverse their previous verdict on this case, how about going back to reverse their verdict on Hope Uzodimma being Imo State governor. Rubbish!!

The supreme court should also consider reversing it's judgement which declared Hope Uzodimma governor of Imo state undecided

Or the one that took Bayelsa from the winner.

The supreme Court has become so disgusting and now stinks. Is unimaginable that the highest court in the land will be speaking from two sides of the mouth. After acknowledging its errors in wrongly declaring uzodinma winner of imo governorship election it refused to reverse it's judgement on grounds that it's verdict is final and unreversible. Now, how come it reversed itsself in the case of innoson and gtb. This is a very shameful and disgraceful act. If the head is this rotten, one will imagine what will be happening in the lower courts. little wonder kanu calls the country a zoo run by monkeys.

The case still continues. The title was just made to look like that was the final decision.

The court only allowed in a piece of GTB's processes it had earlier disallowed on the wrong belief that it came in late. The main case is still ongoing.

Thank you so much

In reality the court did not enter judgment in favor of innosson but dismissed the decision that stopped gtbank from appealing the court of appeal judgement, hence the gtbank appeal has now been registered to be heard during trial

Same supreme court that refused to revisit its earlier judgement between uzodinma and Ihedioha? Even when the whole country knew they erred is now preeaching it can reverse itself becuase Buhari and the yorubas in love.

Supreme court is now an appendage of the fulani government and they favour those who are slaves to them.

Innoson should move on. God has bless him already!

What of the APC case in Bayelsa? A clear case of miscarriage of justice.

How come you guys always find it convenient not to cite it?

What concerns Buhari in a case between Innoson and GTB.

The way you guys reason is mind boggling.

Same Innoson vehicles that are being bought by the FG for use of the military and FRSC?

The question should be if banks can be categorized by tribes, why did he deal with a 'Yoruba' bank?

As we chat now people of different tribes are engaged in profitable businesses across the country with little qualms. The moment disagreement(bound to happen in all dealings) sets in we begin to hear tribal sentiments.

Hahahahahahaha.

Let's hear.

It is an embarrassment on the thinking faculty of the average Nigerian.

Everything must be viewed from the tribal lens.

In the case of the fraud that happened in Imo state, the supreme court held that it can not reverse its own judgement.
Wonders shall never cease to end in Naija.

A supreme court judgement is an entirely different matter. The supreme court did not give any judgement in this matter. If you have contrary opinion, kindly show us copies of the supreme court judgement.

They did not even hear the case. Why is it so hard for you people to comprehend simple grammar?
