A friend of mine moved into this new neighborhood in Lagos state
Rented a 2 bedroom apartment , the landlady lives in the same house , but she occupies the front side, which means she doesn't even disturb them bc the tenant occupies the backyard area

It's just two tenants in the house , my friend's side and another guy who's married occupied the left side of the backyard , almost a face me I slap you thing

This other tenant doesn't pay for light bills neither does he pay for house rent , and he works and earn money everyday, doesn't drink nor smoke
My friend pays his bills regularly

Now here's the problem , my friend's neighbor and his wife are now reporting my friend to a certain pastor who has a church close to the house that my friend is very stingy , despite the money he has , he can't even help them pay for light bill

Recently the landlady removed the couple's light for not paying up and they've been owing for more than 8 months and they eat like lions
House rent of more than a year no payment and the guy is a driver who works every day , Monday till Sunday he doesn't rest

The pastor confronted my friend that he's not doing what's right , that he should try and assist them , but on a serious note , does he owe them any help ?
Or is it a crime to be living in a poor environ ?
What should he do?

What nonsense is that? Let the pastor help them now! Just like my useless neighbor came last night to ask for NEPA bill from me, for 3 years he did not pay the a dime for light and owned house rent, till he was kicked out! Now he had the audacity to come and ask for NEPA Bill!
