Please i need all the information I can get on how to go about my epistle below.

So I met this Slovenian on a dating platform online and we have been talking since Nov, 2019 and from the onset he said it's marriage . we have planned trips before covid to cape Verde it didn't happen due to flight issues from Nigeria. in 2020 i was meant to go to Slovenia between March(My birthday)& July ( his birthday) before covid happened. while trying that we noticed they don't have an embassy in Nigeria , he even contacted Hungarian embassy last year and they told him i should go to Egypt for Slovenian visa. After looking at the process and all we decided he should come and we get married at the registry this year in a few months ( March) and he will file for a spouse visa for me to move before July, he sent his document already and gave a date for proposed trip to Nigeria.

Now the challenge is to invite a foreigner to Nigeria the visa process comes with too many drama . I was going to send him an invite since I have a job etc.
I just found out my tax is not reflecting even if my company deducts tax and gave us ID card. and home office might ask for that apart from my passport. the immigration guy I was going to use ask for 300usd onto invitation letter . I spoke to a friend who is a travel agent his's agreed we typed the letter already and by tomorrow he will send to Nigerian embassy in Romanian and copy myself and my friend. but friend is worried he might not get the visa even if I've told him to allow me handle the process from here because of the bureaucracy involved in getting a visa to Nigeria as to him , his never had issues travelling to any country around the world even in some African countries he 'visited and is wondering why i cannot invite him myself.

Kindly give suggestions on how to go about it and sorry for my long epistle

My humble suggestion though

There is no big deal in this but when you meet agent they will want to collect small change form you .
The way we get invitation letter from outside Nigeria to apply visa at embassy is same way you can write invitation letter to him to apply for Nigeria visa from his country. Write a letter and notarized it, and Send to him. Normal letter address to Nigeria embassy in his country then give it to a lawyer for notary public that's all, lawyer will charge you 5k for it. You can add a copy of your passport page.

He can get his visa on arrival though a bit expensive but very easy and straightforward. A guy did it for me when l needed to bring someone to Nigeria very urgently, since it is against the policy of this platform to type such number here l think they have a website.

Bro not as easy as you think oo. Even abroad not every one living abroad can issue invitation letter to people oo, there are some requirements and processes. You have to be a citizen of the country, a tax payer and also work in a registered organization over there, etc. Is same way in Nigeria. To give an IV to any visitor you must have a registered company, business with CAC or work in an organization that's registered with CAC. You must also present the evidence of your tax clearance among others. So just been a citizen of a country doesn't give you the eligibility of sending IV to people, there are procedures that confers such eligibility on you which some of them i have already stated here. No bi every citizen that can issue IV to visitors oo.

I invited my German freind just by writing a simple invitation letter to Nigerian embassy with my small company letterheaded paper, included his passport information and purpose of visit and that was all. He got all he wanted from Nigeria embassy without any problems. Do same.

He is coming as a tourist thought. We have sent the letter but used the travel agents letter headed paper with is detail. Nigerian embassy have reached out to him on Tuesday already even if he was worried about using the agents details for invitation and also saying he's coming for tourist. Please does anyone have idea or contact for verification of non impediment certificate, Birth certicate of foreigners as i need to process his documents before i can start the application for court registry in march. Someone legit and pocket friendly ooh. thank you

please i need suggestion as my finance is having issues with processing of his visa from Bucharest Romania where he has already sent his application and payment details.
After submission he called the embassy this week for follow up and he was told his photo on the application is not visible he was informed to reach out to the payment provider( Innovative services) to upload the desired specification who only respond via email since covid and it takes between 4-5 working days. He sent an email monday and only got a response today to upload the size. we sent another email today again as the challenge is he cannot access his application since he cannot remember if he used his email or not. Please i need any help or suggestions i will get to help resolve this issue Mind you his passport is with the embassy i was thinking of recalling the passport and process visa on arrival in Nigeria while he ask for a refund from the portal. kindly assist with suggestions as our wedding is 25th if this month please thank you for your response and sorry for my typo and long epistle

Well, check some other African country that a Nigeria can enter free and his own passport can enter to, enter the country and go marry there. That's my own advice
