Both my October and November Npower stipends payments all failed. I haven't received any payment after the first stipend payment Which was for September.

My October payment failed and reason was that the transaction does not exist.

November payment also failed and reason given was Timeout waiting for response from Destination.

I don't know if this is from my bank which is Gtbank

I have sent several emails to npower support but it all proved abortive and there is no respond or reply to my mails.

Anyone who has experienced this and was able to sort it out should please give me hint on how to go about it.

How can this problem be solved now when NASIMS finds it hard to reply email.

September was rectified, this one won't be exception

Better remove your mind from the stipends. They are bunch of failures. The same thing every month yet they can't find solutions to it... I will never step foot on my ppa again.. If supervisors like may they come

I use GTbank. I have no issues.

Failed, Transaction does not exist. Hope it will be rectify soon sha cos all my G's that has the same issue with their previous payment were paid all the money owned by Nasims.
I didn't have issues before now, how come November stipend failed?

I have been complaining in different threads about my October November stipends that were both failed, I have as well sent several mails that seems there was no answer, at last one landed this morning. Keep hoping If you are in this situation, truly NASIMS is working on failed transaction problem regardless of our thinking.
