Popular Nigerian singer, Timaya, has urged Nigerians to be wary of the evil in the society as even their best friends could use them for money rituals.

Timaya was reacting to reports of teenage boys slaughtering a girlfriend and burning her head for money ritual in Ogun State.

DAILY POST had reported on Saturday that there was pandemonium in Oke Aregba area of Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital, after teenage boys were caught burning the head of a girl, said to be in a relationship with one of them, for money ritual.

Soliu was said to have lured the girl to his room, where he held her down and asked one of his friends to slaughter her with a knife.

Watch them refer timaya as an igboman or ipob, when you talk about people that hate truth so much.

This is why South West leaders be it traditional, religious and political need to act fast, think outside the box and put up a kind of periodic town hall meeting for our youths..

Stop giving out positions meant for Yorubas to outsiders.. Yoruba offsprings deserve to be gainfully employed in their own region, not to be engaged as thugs, agberos, internet fraudsters etc. Enough of the charity to outsiders while Yorubas are being neglected. Go to Abia state, they don't employ Imo indigenes or involve Enugu people in their state affairs. So why should people be travelling long distances to come and take up jobs from our youths?

Yoruba ronu!

Ritual killings is on the rise in the South West.
Government should beam her searchlight on Babalawos and all of those fake spiritualists.

The league of Imams and Alfas should re-orientate their members. They need to change their curriculum at the various Madrasa.
You can't be a Alfa and a Babalawo at the same time

Sense you no get. Shame you no get. So poverty and unemployment is what is turning Yoruba youths into skull miners?

There are more unemployed and poverty stricken people in the North, yet you don't see them going into skull mining en mass. Instead of advocating for enlightenment and orientation in the SW so that the misguided and ignorant youths will shun ritual killings you're here saying rubbish?!

You are a great liar for the Abia Enugu conjectures. Say what you know and keep quiet.

When elections come, don't come to ask Igbos for votes, that way, you can grab the whole loot alone.

Igbos have already started vying and winning elections in Lagos and there's nothing you can do about it.

One day and not too long, igboman shall be governor of Lagos State and all accommodators will only watch mouths open, and wail online.

No! ritual killings is more prevalent in South East than South West.

Last time we read here of a ritualist's son trying to kill his mother for rituals in SE. Your likes disappeared from the thread but will be everywhere over SW news to taunt and insult Yorubas.

Okija shrine is still very much in our mind where hundreds of human skulls were discovered. The recent raid on ritualist and kidnappers hideouts in Anambra exposed you people as complicit and tolerant of ritual killings. The SW won't cover up crimes like the Igbos who cover theirs and even play victims. Isn't it funny that some Igbo leaders still feel Igbos are innocent and Kanu should be released unconditionay?
It's not your type that should be castigating Yorubas when far worse things are happening in your backyard.
[/s]self delusion is allowed

Na okija shrine of 2002 you still dey talk when the skulls hacked per day in yorubaland pass okija shrine every week.

Talking of covering up no be same igbos brought out the mpukpri menance and started flogging deviants?

When would yoruba people start all out war against skull miners, na when law enforcement catch the criminals we dey hear them

It's really a shame their traditional and political leaders like tinibu and the oni of ife is not even saying anything about the menace that have been ravaging that region for years maybe it's actually a cultural thing over there.
