Please people, how do I handle this persistent theft of my money by Firstbank? This has been going on for long and the bank seems to have it as their culture. I recharged N200 and they debited N543 and credited my line with N200 only. Am I the only one experiencing this?

this isn't the first or 2nd time. That is pure fraud and criminality.

Post picture proofs to substantiate your issues for people to believe and proffer possible solutions.

I'm not doubting your predicament, you know a lot of people find it very difficult to gulp and actively contribute to whatever they read online without giving a reasonable proof.

Send your bank an email to inform them what you are passing through and also visit the bank to enable then find a solution and fish out any culprit responsible for it.
