Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. So I came across this 4-5 y/o girl on her way back from school,I don't know her anywhere and I haven't met her before. She greeted my friend who I was walking with and she replied asking her about her school, how she's doing and all of that. She caught my attention. I don't know but I felt a sharp pain in my heart and a love instantly for her. My friend then told me she taught her in her kindergarten and that she has a failed kidney cry. Really I asked. She said yes. I didn't even come out with much money,I went to get kunu from one of my customers but unfortunately she isn't around and so I turned to go back home. Looking further I saw this my joyous and happy girl walking and playing on the road with her fellow children,I entered a shop to get them biscuits but my money wasn't enough so I got them something else. Ran to give it to her. I looked into her eyes and I felt something I have never felt before. I can't even tell what it was. She thanked me and then I proceeded in giving to others who were around her. Do you know as I was walking down home,I don't know the voice it was that was ministering to my spirit to go and see her parents. That girl deserves to live. Oh my God. I will make out time to get to know her parents and look for ways to gather money and see to it that she gets treatment. I'm not even financial buoyant to start with. I just got an admission into school of ministry here in Zaria and I have outstanding debts to pay but here is a project God or whoever is asking me to embark. I'm sorry if you find this uninteresting or none of your business but please we can still let go of whatever sentiments / resentments we hold against each other and be our brothers keeper. The girl in question is a Muslim and I am a Christian. It takes nothing to be selfless.
You haven't really helped or lived well if you haven't helped one who cannot pay you back. Thank you and have a nice day.
