There's so much misinformation (aka propaganda) going on in this war and rather than looking at what both sides (and their allies) are saying, let us look at what both sides (and their allies) are doing.

Here's a video of Russian soldiers in a heavy tank convoy pausing several times to allow Ukrainian civilian vehicles to pass.
