Camon 15, pouvoir 4 pro or spark 5 pro. You might need to up your budget though.

That budget is quite low for a good 4GB RAM smartphone. The Tecno Spark 8P version should be around 80k.

With that your budget the only good brand new phone of 4 gig ram and 64 gig rom you can get is Umidigi A9 pro and you will still add 5k.. it's what I'm using right now.. phone is dupe look very much like an iPhone xs max with so many good features
