i am a corp member recently redeployed to lagos so i got an offer to serve in a firm, so after i started the job, i noticed that i don't like the job description and there is no career progression in the job but the job has flexibility.

So i got another place in which they are into advertisement and marketing. In this new place there is a lot to learn and mind you the cost of transportation is the same to the first place and the salary is quite similar.

I don't know if i should change or i should still maintain where my current ppa. So in my ppa, the job description is to search for content and send to people who then post it on the website while the second job description is to monitor the social media of brands like how their advert is doing maybe their traffic on their social media due to the paid ads.

So i really don't know.

You need to first consider how much to earn from both firm. if the pay of the current place you are is okay, you can make the money temporary and switch to better opportunity later.

Afterall, if money can't solve your problem, then it's spiritual....

Imlo, NYSC is too short a time to be jumping from one place to the other in the name of 'career progression' unless of course there are possibilities of retention after service.

Just like you didn't see much in your current PPA until you got in, you just may leap off the second you get grounded and find something not so desirable.

How much are they paying? Hope it's not the same 5-10k

The thing that matters most is your long term goal. Which of the job did you think will propel you forward? Like for instance, if someone wants to be a chemist and currently working in an unrelated field irrespective of the pay then he/she needs to switch to the former. You get? Plan your way out so you won't regret your decision in future.

Quite good skills to work with in data analytics companies, and also good for online jobs called virtual assistance VA jobs paying in dollars.
Your choice anyway, do the one your mind agrees with and get job satisfaction and not just for the pay.
