Npower batch c stream 1: Change of PPA and change of payment status from processing to failed was as a result of network failure - Nasims


According to nasims, Npower batch c stream 1 volunteers that recently observed the sudden change in their places of primary assignment under their deployment tab, should know that this is a network system glitch and there is no cause for alarm as it is being resolved.
As regards the Npower payment status changing from processing to failed is also a system error from Npower, once this general issue is resolved, payment will be re-initiated and Npower batch c stream 1 volunteers will be credited.

See official statement from NASIMS below:

"Dear Npower Batch C1,

NETWORK FAILURE/ERROR.

We did not intentionally redeployed N'Power Batch C1 Beneficiaries, not at this point.
Therefore, the sudden CHANGE OF PPA and all PROCESSING PAYMENT recently changed to FAILED reading system error as encountered was as a result of NETWORK FAILURE.

PLEASE IGNORE THE NEW PPA IT CHANGED TO.

There is no cause for Alarm as our team are working to rectify it. Once that is done, your payment will be reinitiated. Please be patient.

Thank you!"
