Paul once said: "Men, Israelites! hear these words, Jesus the Nazarene, a man approved of God among you by mighty works, and wonders, and signs, that God did through him..." (Acts 2:22)
So Paul has blasphemed too for calling Jesus a man and not God?
According to Matthew 24:37 Jesus is a son of man.
"For as were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of Man".
Buhari even tried by calling Jesus a prophet. Jesus is a mere prophet jare, stop misinterpreting the Bible. You grew old reading the Bible, yet u don't understand anything about it, na only part wey dey talk about end time u understand. Lol

I have never seen re.tarded people in existence except Christians. Since you believe a mortal human being is a God, so everyone must have the same belief as you otherwise it is blasphemy. This means there is no more freedom of religion in this country again if a citizen didn't share your beliefs.

Since you've started quoting Bibles. But you also failed to quote the part that said "I and my Father are One". You also failed to quote the part that said "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me".

You mohammedians use the same Injil you call corrupted to support yourself when you feel you're losing. When you want to take from the Bible, don't just trim it to take the part that suits your narrative. Read and pray for understanding and interpretation by the Holy Spirit.

God is the most powerful and fears no one. There is no any reason for Jesus not to state it categorically that he is God if he was.

The Reverend didn't possibly know that beside Jesus being the 2nd Person of the Godhead, when He came to this Earth, He became many things.

Jesus Himself said that a Prophet is not without honour but in His own hometown. He was referring to Himself when people of his hometown didn't accord him his honour.

Moses likewise said that another Prophet like himself God would raise for Israel after he has gone... In the Acts of the Apostle, newly empowered Apostles said that the prophecy of Moses about God raising another Prophet was referring to Jesus as the another Prophet.
What more?

Jesus was many things in the flesh. He became a servant according to Philippians. And so on.

they called him teacher because even as of then they didnt understand who he was dont forget they are the one that judged him and condemned him to death they opposed everyhthig about him even when his miracle is obvious and clear they still doubt him they even questioned the authencity of his power his soverignty and magnanimity. on several occassions in the book of mathew 21 vs 11 he was identified as a prophet yes he is a prophet he is a priest he is a teacher he is God;s son he is God in one trinity GOD the father GOD the son GOD the holy spirit

The Murder of Deborah Yakubu by religious fanatics and the chilled silence by the Northern leadership shows that the far north has chained itself or put itself in bondage to superstition and irrational beliefs. If a few youths can murder a young lady and the leadership keep silent because of the fear of repercussions from the fanatics they created and groomed, then the far north is doomed to self destruction if it cannot find the strength to root out irrational religious extremism from its midst.

Killing a person because of perceived blasphemy is tantamount to human sacrifice to a man made deity. I say man made, because The Omnipotent Omniscient Creator Supreme does not need to murder its own creation or order human beings to murder its own creation, just because that human being failed to acknowledge Its own existence. If indeed human beings are created in the Image of the Creator Supreme, endowed with the faculty of choice, I.e. Free Will, then automatically it follows that some will choose to believe or not believe. The so called crime of blasphemy is in reality the crime of not believing. Beliefs can be true and false, and human beings have intelligence and intellect to critically examine all beliefs and decide for themselves what to believe and what not to believe. Indeed believing is a shallow use of the human intellect, that requires no intellectual effort. It is better to understand and gain insight into the workings of nature and thus arrive at knowledge and develop a system of knowledge that gives you success.

Blasphemy arose when imperialists and oligarchs hijacked religions. They banished religious tolerance and called it polytheism. They created their own god (a reflection of their own Ego) and a belief system around it and called it monotheism. They made this one god (the Ego of the Oligarch or tyrant) the state religion, and proceeded to persecute all other competing religious and spiritual systems, punishing the practitioners as heresies and blasphemers. This is what happened. That is why some of continue to question, what god are you talking about? Is it the Creator Supreme, or a substitute, the Ego of the ruling tyranny masquerading as a Supreme Deity?

In this age of knowledge we must be able to challenge beliefs and also do critical analysis of all systems of beliefs and knowledge. Can the Omnipotent Creator Supreme be afraid of such enquiries and interrogation by its own creation, whom are only fulfilling the reason they are created. This reason is to Know their Creator and give IT the Experience of IT BEING THE CREATOR OF ALL.

Nomenclatures aside....the very conception and notion of "Prophet" in an Islamic sense is VEEEEEEERRRRY different from what it means in the Judaeo-Christian faiths. In Islam's lame attempt to plagiarize Judaism's old testament model...they had limited notions of what a Prophet means. (So a prototypical Warrior Prophet figure like David seemed more attractive than some other grounded Major Prophets like Samuel, Elisha, Elijah, Jeremiah etc., ).

What is a Prophet without a "World Changing" Prophecy? And who can be real Prophet without the fulfillment of historically verified real world Prophecies. In this regard, Jesus as a product of Prophecy dotting the whole Old Testament (Daniel, Isaiah, even King David Himself etc.,) as well a Towering figure who gave real world changing Prophecies that came to past....qualifies Him to not just being another Prophet. But the very Jewish Messiah who is to become the sacrificial and sinless Lamb of God ONLY the very Person and Nature of God Himself can partake and undergo.

Nothing on earth can appease and calm down the very ANGER AND WRATH of GOD against all the sinners in this cursed and adulterous world. Only the Perfect and Sinless sacrifice of Christ Himself can calm God's anger against every single human being in this world. Which means....Only God Himself can be perfect enough to be the perfection of every sinner in this world....not self righteous religion or hypocritical dead works. In this regard....Jesus is More than a Prophet.

Our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ has neither mandated nor asked anyone to fight for him nd or on his behalf. We are unlike the sect and religion that fights for its prophet. We are not zealots like in the islamic religion. The REBUKE of Peter by the Saviour when he struck a soldier that had come for him was instructive and indicative of our we treat our enemies.
