Maduka University is quite big. The landmass is bigger than the University of Nigeria, Nsukka Campus. It has primary, secondary and University sections and the secondary school section alone has structures that can compete with some private universities.

It is also going to have its own independent Gas power plant with a Solar powered Mini-grid as a failover.

I don't doubt him when he says he has spent $100 million dollars there.

Strangely, ESWAMA is not under the Ministry of environment. The agency reports to the Chief of Staff to the Governor (don't know why it is so).

However, I don't like Edeoga and I don't even see the governor supporting him. Ugwuanyi is very cunny. I believe he is using him as a front to take away attention from his preferred successor. We may likely see a surprise.

Ugwuanyi wasted almost 8yrs with no reasonable project to show, the only major project(flyover) he managed to build shabbily is substandard and below par even in Nigerian standard.

1st time i heard this gist was September last year when i was in Enugu. We were analysing who would Gburugburu give ticket to and someone said that Gburugburu would sell the ticket to the highest bidder because it was alleged he bought his ticket from Sullivan.
