This was an isolated accident not involving the VP's convoy. He stopped his convoy to help the victims with his doctors and the ambulance in the convoy. On his way to the airport this morning, VP came across a road traffic accident, stopped to lend assistance, & ensured victim was taken to the hospital with VP's convoy ambulance.
