As for oil, you can use small 2 or 3 few plastic containers of 750ml bottles to package your oil and put in check in luggage. Its usually problem in local airports or if you "jons" while entering the airport.

Yes you will do it a day before your depature

Last month (may) that I went home they asked for it and according to their website today, it's still required. Save yourself the stress and do the registration. It's free and will take you less than 10 minutes.

You should use an honest Agent or you come to the Embassy

Guys be careful. Qatar don't issue employment visa to certain people/workers with Nigerian passport. Before you give anybody money think twice and do all your property verifications
