I remember when you used to screem "Orna go learn, I have been hodling since last year!"

You're not going to lose heavily if you closely follow international news. There was serious notice before the present bear season and I sold off a lot and I'm gradually buying at a very cheap rate. My bag is heavy now and the next bull market will see me smiling.

How Is Leverage Calculated?
Let’s say you are holding a 3X Long Bitcoin Token and its price is $19,269.15. The leverage will be 3X =$19,269.15*3/$19,269.15+3*($19,269.15–$19,269.15).

Now, in case the price of 3X Long Bitcoin Token increases to $20,000, the leverage will be $20,000*3/$20,000+3*($20,000–$20,000).

When the price of a 3X Long Bitcoin Token (or any leveraged token you are using) decreases, the leverage goes up. On the other hand, if the price increases, it goes down.

For every 1% Bitcoin goes up in a day, 3X Long Bitcoin Token goes up by 3%; for every 1% Bitcoin goes down, 3X Long Bitcoin token goes down 3%.

Why Are Leveraged Tokens Used?
These are used mainly for the following three reasons:

Managing Risks
Leveraged tokens manage risk on their own. They automatically reinvest the profit into the underlying asset and sell some of them online when the price drops—to avoid potential liquidation risk.

You failed to mention that it is not recommended to hold Lev tokens for long.

For example: If BTC continues to rise in the first 10 days with a total increase of 200%, and then immediately falls for 10 days in a row with a total decline of 200%, then the net value of BTC3L and BTC3S may be at the risk of tending to zero. To ensure certain volatility, the share-merging mechanism will be triggered.

Over the past few days I have been analyzing what i did right and what I did wrong in this last bull market. I have also looked at things I didn’t do.

The last cycle I made some money and lost it all in the bear market. This time I made money and I kept it. This bear market has taken nothing from me.

Tbh, i am doing sth similar with deriv broker. I trade cfds on altcoins there. I noticed they have two unique instruments there...btc/eth and btc/ltc. These instruments mirror the movement of the btcdom chart in some way (lead or lag). With all the sideways movement on my trades(algo, trx and xlm), I picked a trade on btc/eth and it is going well.
I am still not a fan of leveraged tokens (...i no get energy to study am) but i buy into the idea of trading diverse instruments related to btc like btcdom or defi index.

Trading more than one altcoin is simply MULTIPLYING your risk - the charts are all similar except for TRX. If you lose one, you lose all. If you are risk conscious, It is better to FOCUS on one altcoin and one index and use like 3x leverage for futures trading.
The Liquidation point of 3x is the BEST S/L i.e. a 33 percent increase or decrease is enough as s/l.
Nobody knows it all in business. We reconsider things and adjust everyday.
