Please o if I'm using my iPhone 11promax the screen just freezes till I press the power button and then press it again before it continues , I checked the software and I saw an update but I haven't updated it, could it be that it is because I haven't updated the software?
And yes before the freezing of the screen if I'm using it too the screen will freeze and begin to go dim and dim like it has cracked. I'll have to hard reset it before the screen comes back to normal again.
What could be the reason to their madness please?

Could be the after market screen
If software reset doesn't work, then it's hard ware issue.
Confirm if your true tone feature is still there, if it's not there it's the after market screen that's probably giving the issues. But it's best to back up and reset software in an attempt to fix if it's a software issue, before trying out the hardware fix which is replacing the screen.

the true tone is there , the screen is fine no crack the fall has never fallen too , I think I'll try the software reset.

Update your software
If that doesn't work, perform a factory reset
If that doesn't work, you'll have to change your digitizer
