I'm a great cook but haven't tried it with scent leaf.
I've two questions...
1. What quantity of scent leaf should one use?
2. Should it be same quantity as though you are using ugwu?

As you have not tried scent leaf before, start with the quantity of Ugu you normally would use to try it out. With that you can decide if you want to add more.

You will surely like scent leaf in Egusi soup.

You can get them in Jo'burg. I don't know how far you are from there. There are many places they sell very fresh vegetables that you will think you are in Nigeria. Its just a little expensive than you will buy it in Nigeria.

Varieties of life, goat meat and that cat fish is among my best protein. Growing up my elder brother doesn't eat cat fish, and we will be lurking around him for his portion grin

You can alternate with the protein of your choice.
