Some people have seen mail to pick a role and expect an interview. Who has seen it?

Some people received mail from Nestle yesterday that they've been shortlisted for the final stage. And they are to pick a function i.e specialization and revert. That they will be scheduled for interview shortly.

Has anyone gotten a mail like this before or after yesterday?

The recruiter said something about candidates that reschedule to this week. I guess feedback might not come on time

Yes, they have done final interview and some have gotten feedback for medicals and resumption details for marketing and supply chain

So it’s even an immediate resumption? No notice period?

They had medicals Last week. So i presume resumption details should be in the mail

Okay.. Finance people still waiting then. Trainees are supposed to resume at the same time tho.

They ghosted people even after success mail and medicals. From the first stage, I have tried to convince myself that they will do better this time.

Nestle CWAR is in the business of wasting candidates' time indeed. They know who they were going to onboard before they started the recruitment process. I knew from the start that it was all formality. It's not their first time, so I am not in any way surprised by their action.

At least, they should send the love letter and let everyone knows their fate.

God will help us all.
