Good day house. Please what's the current realistic timeframe to get the PR card. It says 70 days on their website but can anyone tell if that's a fairly accurate timeframe or if it can take much longer than that. I landed on June 9 and I plan to travel back to naija for 2 - 3 weeks sometime in October. Thanks in advance.

The card time frame is a hit or miss.

For some it comes faster for others takes time.

When it is time to travel and the card ain’t here yet, you can apply for PRTD in naija. That one timeframe sef na gbasgbos.

Landed in Canada two weeks ago, did an interview with TD up to the last stage, got call that they choose to promote a guy for the role.
Felt so sad. A 75k role.

Guys, finally got the role, same dept but two steps below, a Lil less than 65k. Resumption is on my 59th day in Canada.
I guess I'll start here and build.
Thank you for all your encouragement.

Congrats! They came back to offer it to you. Is it tech?
Should be looking to build from here. Congrats again!

At the end of the day, there isn't that much difference in net pay between 65k and 75k.

Thank you so much, can I send you a mail?

Yes, you can send me a message

I'm sorry, I simply couldn't get you guys in the group. I've been messaging the admins severally, but got no response. I'm not even sure they are still on telegram.

Hi guys! I want to buy a ticket from Qatar airways but they land in Montreal, then I have a connecting flight to YYZ (using air Canada). Is that okay? My city of destination on my copr is Toronto. Would I have issues with immigration? Thanks in advance for you responses.

yes, sir/ma. It is not a rental. It's even cheaper than rentals. It is an Airbnb where you can stay till you find suitable accommodation. It is even fully booked till September 1st. People who booked a month or 2 ended up paying CAD 1900, fully furnished plus utilities, AC, Heating plus laundry, everything including pots, plates, spoon, bedsheets and internet. We do not even allow more than a 2 months stay. An empty apartment there is CAD 1800 with enough Abeg, that is even if you find one. Fear Ontario oh!

Congratulations. The most important thing is the Canadian workplace experience which you are about to earn with one of the big 5 banks in Canada.
The journey from here can only be upward. congratulations.

Hello great poeple

How can I reserve a flight without paying or possibly at a small fee. I need recommendations for online platforms too.

Many blessings.
