I don’t know if anyone else hates cold weather, I’m just so tired of swallowing Ibucap(Cold&Flu), KoldBlast, Mixagrip and paracetamol. I do cover my body every time, I don’t use electric fan neither do I keep my windows open but every morning I’ll wake up with nasal congestion, sneezing and cold feets. My nose hurts, my throat is rough, My consumption of Shaltoux sweet for sour throat has almost turned to a habit. I’m just tire of the whole thing, thinking about it makes me sick, hmmmm… Someone suggested I drink gin in the morning but I’m not a fan of alcohol, what else would help tame my condition. |
