I started studying html and css, are there companies, firms or groups where I can be an intern here in Kaduna.

It will be hard to get an internship in Kaduna because I don't think there are many tech hubs there.
The few I know of like Kad ICT Hub and NIIT offer paid courses. If I remember correctly, they give discounts to people who are looking for internship placements.

How can I improve in my learning?

the reason you lack motivation studying alone is because coding is not meant for you, look for something else to do...If you truely had passion for coding, you'd even prefer to learn alone sef rather that having a tuitor or learning mate..it's because this your coding career is probably driven by money and what you've read online, because people that have passion for coding don't complain about stuff like this.
